TASK-063: Bring the task records up to date after the full review

Outcome

The task files say what is actually open. Nothing waits on a Codex review, the redesign tasks the product owner has confirmed on their device say so, the release-hardening leftovers are on hold, and biometric reauthentication is decided.

Scope

  • Included: status lines and review-finding lines in tasks/, the Codex sentence in AGENTS.md, product decisions in docs/product.md, the development log.
  • Excluded: owner/reviewer history. Tasks Codex owned or reviewed keep saying so.

Acceptance criteria

  • No task status or review-finding line waits on Codex. Codex is not used (product owner, 2026-09-29).
  • TASK-045 and TASK-049 to TASK-061 are marked confirmed on the product owner's Z Fold7 (product owner, 2026-09-29).
  • TASK-016's two open items (R8 minification, on-device regression of every authenticated screen) are marked on hold (product owner, 2026-09-29).
  • docs/product.md records that there is no biometric reauthentication, and has no open product decisions left.
