Track assetlinks.json and the technical overview deck

assetlinks.json is the Digital Asset Links statement served from the Gitea host for the OAuth App Link; it holds only the package name and public certificate fingerprints. The deck is rebuilt for the redesign (TASK-050 to TASK-054).
