fix: Laser Ready 판정 DI 변경 (IO 결선 변경 12&24 → 11&15)

IO 결선 변경에 따라 Laser Ready 입력 판정을
ReadDI(12) && ReadDI(24) → ReadDI(11) && ReadDI(15)로 수정. 로직 동일.
