### Manual Laser Power Control 시작 파라미터 Power 기본값 0으로 변경
- 프로그램 시작 시 Manual - Laser Power Control의 Power 파라미터 초기값 변경: **Percent 10 → 0, Watt 300 → 0**.
- 위치: `UCScannerLaserControlViewModel.InitVariable()` (`LaserPower1Percent`, `LaserPower1Watt`).
- 커밋 `5eebe96`.
